How we will transfer money to your account: When we initiate and agreed on a money back agreement, Our finance will initiate the process which takes at least 6 to 8 working days to refund in your credit or PayPal account.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated before you engage in those services.

• If you already approved our Delivery project concept then you will not be allowed to claim the money.
• If you hire another company at the same time when we are working on your project then you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
• If the project canceled for an irrelevant reason by sagorweb.com, If there is any misbehave or misconduct in communication with the project manager. The company will not give you a 100% refund.
• The client can claim the funds 100% money back within 24 hours once they deposit to sagorweb.com
  Money back 100% will only be processed if our team hasn’t started any work on the client project
• If our client provided all information to start a design project and then they ask for money back then they will be entitled to receive 75% of the total amount.
• 100% Money back guarantee will not be applicable once the design work is completed & delivered to our client.
• sagorweb.com keeps the right to accept projects or reject them. We request our clients to brief us before they make a purchase. If they make a purchase without communication prior to us then they will not eligible to receive a 100% payment claim.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. This may result in the suspension of services until the matter is resolved.
