Refund policy will not be effective if any of the following events occur, If you have purchased our promotional packages or discounted offers then you will not be allowed to claim 100% money back.

• If you already approved our Delivery project concept then you will not be allowed to claim the money.
• If you hire another company at the same time when we are working on your project then you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
• If the project canceled for an irrelevant reason by sagorweb.com, If there is any misbehave or misconduct in communication with the project manager. The company will not give you a 100% refund.
• The client can claim the funds 100% money back within 24 hours once they deposit to sagorweb.com
  Money back 100% will only process if our team haven’t started any work on the client project
• If our client provided all information to start a design project and then they ask for money back then they will be entitled to receive 75% of the total amount.
• 100% Money back guarantee will not be applicable once the design work is completed & delivered to our client.
• sagorweb.com keeps the right to accept projects or reject them. We request our clients to brief us before they make a purchase. If they make a purchase without communication prior to us then they will not eligible to receive a 100% payment claim.

Legal Rights Agreement

• All Graphic and artwork designs created by SagorWeb for specific client belongs to him/her. We “SagorWeb” will not keep any rights of  design created for a client.
• We “SagorWeb” will not take any responsibility for any Design and trademark registration created for our clients. A client has all rights to register their all design and trademark created/produced by SagorWeb
• If in case, Client payment rejected by their merchant or bank then all designs which SagorWeb created will immediately become the asset SagorWeb until payment issues get resolved.
• SagorWeb will remain the owner of all designs until the client paid the whole amount of the package he has purchased.
• (Rare Event) If accidentally, Designs created by SagorWeb looks identical of any other companies logo or others design then SagorWeb will provide a completely new set of graphic design to their client without any charges.
• Once files are delivered to the client, SagorWeb will have no ownership rights of the any design of every single client.
• SagorWeb will remain rights to display any design on its website for promotional usage.

How we will transfer money to your account?

When we initiate and agreed on a money back agreement, Our finance will initiate the process which takes at least 6 to 8 working days to refund in your credit or PayPal account.
